In the event that an incorrect address was given you will be responsible for the shipping charges to resend the product.

Shipping and handling are not refundable. Customers are responsible to ship back the item unless the item is incorrectly shipped, and defective upon receiving.

Warranty will be voided if the product is mishandled or physical damage is caused by the customer. We will refuse all returns which are out of warranty.

Items being returned to us must be in perfect condition. Restocking fee (20% of the total item value) will be charged if the item is damaged or broken.
